It has been marvelous to discover the huge difference the Pilates Air seat has made in my everyday life. After a disc herniation, it is challenging for me to sit, and I often change positions. When using the Pilates Air Seat, I activate my pelvic floor and legs while being in motion. I have used it as part of my trai- ning for posture and coordination. I have previously learned that when I sit in wrong positions or when standing without support, I easily come to com- pensate in other joints, tense up and thereby create inappropriate tension in my back, shoulders, and neck.
